Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the Devtrixx website, marketplace, licenses and installation plans. By creating an account, starting checkout or using a purchase code you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you buy for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. The service

Devtrixx sells digital products (scripts, applications, admin panels and related assets) and optional installation work. Catalog details, prices, tech stack and previews are shown on each product page. We may update descriptions, prices and availability at any time before you pay. A contract for a specific item is formed only when Whop confirms payment and we mark the matching order as paid.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide an accurate name and email and keep the password confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity on the account, including checkout and license use.
  • Google sign-in, when enabled, is an optional login method. Linking Google does not change the license terms.
  • We may refuse registration, suspend access or ban an account for fraud, abuse, chargebacks or breach of these Terms.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and, if you are buying as a business, duly authorized.

3. Marketplace licenses

Marketplace purchases grant a license identified by a unique purchase code. After a product order is paid, we issue one Envato-style code to the buyer account. That code is how we identify the license for support, updates we choose to provide, and later domain binding.

Unless a product page states otherwise, a standard marketplace license means:

  • You may use the product to create one live production end product for yourself or one client.
  • You may install staging or local copies only as part of that same end product.
  • You may modify the source for that end product. Modified copies remain subject to these Terms and to any third-party licenses bundled in the product (for example Laravel or Flutter packages).
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the source, nulled copies, or the purchase code.
  • You may not use the product to offer a competing marketplace item, SaaS clone of the product itself, or a generator that outputs the same product to third parties.
  • Trademarks, demo brands and third-party assets in screenshots remain the owners’ property. Replace them before you ship a client project.

An extended or multi-activation license applies only if the product listing or your order explicitly says so (including a higher max activations value). Extra production domains require an additional purchase or a plan we have confirmed in writing.

The purchase is a license, not a sale of intellectual property. Devtrixx and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

4. Purchase codes and domain binding

  • Keep the purchase code secret. Treat it like a key. Support and activation assume the code holder is the licensee.
  • Codes are unique. We do not re-issue a second code for the same paid product order except to correct a verified fulfillment error.
  • Domain binding is a separate validator step. Paying for a product does not by itself lock a domain. Binding (when you use the Devtrixx validator or the product’s license check) associates the code with a domain up to the activation limit on that product.
  • Moving a bound domain, resetting activations or transferring a license to another buyer requires our approval. We may refuse transfers that look like redistribution.
  • We may revoke a license if payment is reversed, the code is leaked or shared, the product is used outside the license, or the account is banned. A revoked code will fail validation.

5. Delivery of digital goods

Product files, documentation links and the purchase code are delivered through the site after payment succeeds. Delivery is complete when the license appears on your account dashboard (or when we email equivalent access). You are responsible for downloading, storing and deploying the files. Hosting, SSL, stores and third-party APIs are not included unless you buy an installation plan that lists them.

6. Installation services

Installation services are delivered after access is provided. Buying a plan does not start work until you send the credentials and materials for that plan (typically app logo, server access, database, domain or DNS, mailer settings and, where relevant, store listing access).

  • Scope is the feature list on the plan you purchased (for example shared hosting / cPanel, VPS plus apps, or a reskin pass). Work outside that list is a new quote.
  • You confirm you have the right to give us access to the server, domain and accounts you share.
  • You should use temporary credentials where possible and revoke them after we confirm the install.
  • Delays caused by missing access, DNS, hosting limits or third-party app-store review are not a breach by Devtrixx.
  • Installation does not transfer extra license seats. You still need a valid purchase code for the product being installed.
  • We are not your ongoing sysadmin unless a separate retainer is agreed in writing. Post-delivery hosting outages, plugin conflicts you introduce, or unsanctioned edits are outside the plan.

7. Checkout and prices

Prices are shown in the currency on the product or plan (usually USD) and may exclude taxes that Whop or your payment method adds at checkout. You authorize Whop to charge the selected method. We are not a bank or card processor. Failed, pending or abandoned checkouts do not create a license. If Whop later reverses a payment, any issued license may be revoked and installation may be paused.

8. Refunds

Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout. Digital goods are delivered immediately as license keys and downloadable source; chargebacks after delivery are treated as a license breach unless we have already agreed a refund. As a baseline, and unless checkout states a wider promise:

  • A refund may be considered if the product is materially not as described and we cannot reasonably fix it, and you request it promptly with the purchase code and evidence.
  • Change of mind, missing a server requirement published on the product page, or wanting a custom feature are not automatic refund grounds.
  • Installation fees are refundable only if we have not started work (no successful login to your server / no configuration performed). After work has started, fees are earned to the extent of time already spent.
  • Approved refunds are processed through Whop to the original payment method. The related purchase code will be revoked.

If checkout or a written offer states a different window or condition, that specific statement controls for that order.

9. Support

Support covers questions about the product you licensed, the purchase code, and installation plans you paid for. It does not include unlimited custom development, server management after handover, or issues caused by third-party hosting, modified core files we did not authorize, or obsolete PHP / Flutter versions outside the documented stack. Contact support@devtrixx.com or the contact form.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share, sell or publish purchase codes, nulled builds or license-bypass patches.
  • Attack, scrape in a way that degrades the service, or probe the validator except as documented for your own license.
  • Upload malware, or use a Devtrixx product for unlawful surveillance, spam or fraud.
  • Misrepresent an item as your own original marketplace listing.
  • Interfere with other buyers’ licenses or accounts.

We may suspend the site, revoke codes or refuse service if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

11. Intellectual property

The Devtrixx name, logo, site design, catalog copy and product source (except third-party open-source components) are owned by Devtrixx or its licensors. You receive only the license in section 3. Feedback you send may be used to improve products without obligation to you.

12. Third-party components and services

Products may depend on Laravel, Flutter, stores, maps, SMS, mail or other APIs. Those tools have their own terms, fees and availability. Live preview URLs are demonstrations, not a hosted production entitlement. Whop’s terms apply to payment.

13. Disclaimer

The site, products and installation are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that a script will meet every business need, that hosting you choose will remain compatible, or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Devtrixx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, business interruption or substitute procurement, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid Devtrixx for that order in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example fraud or death caused by negligence where such a limit is forbidden).

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Devtrixx against claims arising from your end product, your misuse of a license, content you ship to your users, or access credentials you asked us to use during installation, except to the extent a claim is caused by our willful misconduct.

16. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. License rights continue for paid products unless revoked under these Terms. We may terminate or suspend access, with or without notice, for breach, legal risk or platform abuse. On revocation you must stop using the product in production and remove copies except those you are legally required to keep for archival purposes. Sections that by nature should survive (licenses already granted until revoked, payment, refunds, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) remain in effect.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The updated Terms apply to new purchases immediately. For existing licenses, changes that materially reduce the grant you already paid for will not apply retroactively unless required by law or you agree. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms for that use.

18. General

These Terms are the entire agreement for the site, licenses and installation plans, and replace prior discussions on the same subject. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign a license without our consent; we may assign the agreement in connection with a reorganization. Headings are for reading convenience only.
